Applicable pH range is 4-8; stable to light and heat.

Easily soluble in lower alcohols and propylene glycol, slightly soluble in water.

The recommended use level is 0.5-1.0%.

Compatible with most cosmetic ingredients, but high protein systems may discolor.

It can be used in personal care products such as creams, lotions, shampoos, conditioners, water-soluble essences, wipes, etc., with moisturizing, emollient, anti-allergic, antioxidant and antiseptic effects.

It has a certain inhibitory effect on Gram-negative and positive bacteria, yeast and mold.
