It can be used in combination with traditional preservatives such as phenoxyethanol and benzyl alcohol, or caprylyl glycol and Ethylhexylglycerin to achieve broad-spectrum antibacterial effects.

Stable to light and heat, can withstand high temperature up to 90 ℃ for a short time; The recommended use level is 0.05-0.15%.

It is freely soluble in propylene glycol and glycerin; very slightly soluble in water.

Compatible with most cosmetic ingredients, but iron ions may cause discoloration, it is recommended to add a certain amount of EDTA-2Na to the formula.

It can be used in personal care products such as creams, lotions, make-up, facial masks, shampoos, shower gels, etc., with moisturizing, emollient and antiseptic effects.

It has a certain inhibitory effect on Gram- negative and positive bacteria, yeast and mold.
